Description

Basic Human Factors provides students an introduction to Human Factors in accordance with the requirements of EASA EC 1321/2014Part 145.A.30(e), and the associated AMC and GM. (Excluding Safety Management) This course combines the generic requirements for Initial and Continuation Training. This course should be completed by students who already hold a valid Safety Management certificate; if you have not taken a Safety Management course separately, we recommend you take the Safety Training Including Human Factors course instead, to satisfy the new requirement of 145.a.30(e).

Objectives

The objectives of Human Factors training, within a human factors and error management 

programme, are to 

Improve safety 

Decrease organisational exposure to risk, 

Reduce errors, 

Capture errors, 

Certificate

By completing/passing this course, you will attain the certificate Maintenance Human Factors
